Two factor authentication

You can use an authenticator app on your smartphone to secure your MoneyReady App account.

This method of two factor authorization (2FA) is highly secure as it does not require us to have your phone number.

There are many free Authenticator apps available for Android and iOS. Simple ones such as FreeOTP and Google Authenticator will work, but you may want one with a backup feature in case you lose or change your phone (for example: Microsoft Authenticator, Salesforce Authenticator or Authy.)

You scan the QR code generated by the MoneyReady App to tie your account to your app. Every time you log in, your authenticator app will automatically generate a code, which you’ll need to enter to login to your account. The code should be a six-digit time-based, one-time password (TOTP).
