Ok, I've been plugging away at my financial plan in the MoneyReady app for a few weeks and I now have a plan of record that I'm happy with. I expect to revisit the app on rebalancing dates and any other major events that might adjust my plan, and I expect to sleep soundly in the interim. Although the process and out of necessity the tool are complex, I would not have been able to recreate such a detailed plan without it - my options would be to rough it out in excel and sleep poorly, or pay thousands annually for professional planning support. This is a powerful - no, invaluable tool for Canadian DIY financial planners and investors, and I'm honestly shocked I can find so little about it online. Thank you for developing and supporting the app and your responsiveness when I needed help!

New user here... It's now been two weeks for me using MRA and I too will sleep much more soundly.  I have to echo a few points that @thermodynamicthoughtFalcon4 touched on.  I also am surpised there are so few reviews online (maybe Admin could insert a link for reviews from users).  I searched for "FinanciaI Planning Software" and found MRA.  I dug in and put in the time to learn the program and I am VERY pleased with the results.  I still have plenty to learn and I look forward to it.  I paid $$$ for a bespoke FinPlan a couple of years ago and have no regrets in doing so.  That effort showed me the importance of aquiring a Financial compass.  Problem is the FinPlan needs to be preened and adjusted often and the $$$ plan I mentioned wanted more $$$ for every re-do.  MRA allows me to tweak and adjust and experiment.  I can and will actively manage  my finances.  I want to thank Elisabeth Tillier 'et al' for their efforts in providing and maintaining all of this.
